Making this blog is not easy it takes me a lot of time and effort since this is my first time doing this.  But right now I’m so happy seeing the outcome of  all the I things have done and also because the site is already up now. I just want the world to know how i did this site, So I’m sharing my experiences to you.

Step 1- Buy a web hosting

First I bought my first web hosting at dreamhost.com since there offering good web hosting plan, big space and bandwidth and supports a lot of computer languages because it is useful for my other projects. For those who doesn’t know yet i am a web developer or programmer that is why I’m am more focus on seeking hosting plans that supports computer languages i used.

Step 2 - Choose a domain name

Ever since i really want to make my own blog and website that is why when i got the opportunity i intensely start finding a good name for it. I search all the good names that comes up in my mind and check if it is still available in the web but sadly most of it are already taken. But I never give up I research the dictionary, thesaurus, Internet, putting words together and luckily i found that webpreneurjournal.com is still available. The name is easy to understand although its quite long but it doesn’t matter. Maybe some of you may ask why i did not register my name since almost all blogs are registered on the name of its owner?My answer is I just really don’t want to do it, I want a name that can encourage me on doing something to make money that i didn’t do ever since in my life and that is to a webpreneur. I quickly register this name under my web hosting account and now proud to be the owner of it.

Step 3 - Install Wordpress

After that i start installing wordpress in my web hosting account and it just very easy since my account offering a one-click-install feature on some well known CMS. By the way what is wordpress? Wordpress is a content management system recommended for blogging. So if anyone reading this planning to make their own blog just put this name first in your mind “Wordpress”. It user friendly and had a lot of great themes, plugins and widgets to install.

Step 4 - Create the content

Now that all tools are ready time for making the content. I’m trying to be creative on it. I put some design and images to make it more attractive.

Step 5 - Put Google AdSense

Everything is on the go now but that not all i put an AdSense on it to be able to generate income. Research about AdSense for more information.
